Hotel Lubjana was designed to reflect the relaxed spirit of seaside living while maintaining a clean and sophisticated architectural presence. Its facade combines large glass openings with minimalist lines, allowing natural light to flood the interiors and offering panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea.
The building’s spatial organization emphasizes guest comfort and circulation efficiency — with open common areas, spacious rooms, and seamless access to outdoor terraces and leisure facilities.
Inside, the design embraces a soft neutral palette complemented by warm materials and subtle lighting, creating an inviting and tranquil atmosphere for guests.
Koshnica A&XH managed the full scope of construction — from structural works and installations to final interior finishing — ensuring durability, precision, and aesthetic excellence throughout the entire project.
